Overcrowded pool area could use more sunbeds!!! Inconsistent cleaning left dust in the corners and hair in the bathroom. Maintenance delays on air conditioning are disappointing!!! Some dining miscommunication needs addressing!!!

Superb pool area and daily extensive food variety.

Sunrise views, but not all clear

After waking up to stunning sunrise views from our spacious room, we enjoyed the delightful breakfast buffet, complete with a chef ready to cook eggs just the way we liked them.

Despite the overall charm, there was recurring traffic noise throughout the day, and we had some minor issues with the jacuzzi not working during our stay.

Free beach shuttle was a lifesaver! Watch for the noisy pipe near the bed.

Fantastic Family Getaway with Great Amenities!

Our family enjoyed a splendid 3-night stay! The themed dinner nights offered an exciting variety, with delicious Chinese dishes and fresh salads. Excellent transportation options. taxis were both affordable and convenient. Don't miss the free shuttle to the beach. Staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the themed food nights that offered a delicious array of dishes, from Chinese buffets to Italian favorites. The pool area was perfect for lounging under the sun, and I appreciated the fact that I could always find a sunbed available. Though the entertainment could be hit and miss, the atmosphere in the common areas was still vibrant and enjoyable. One recommendation would be for the hotel to improve the consistency of the entertainment options to enhance the overall experience.

The outdoor pool was perfect for lounging, and the sauna offered a nice way to unwind. A little too much traffic noise outside, but it didn't spoil my overall experience. 😊

everything is modern and clean, spacious room with a balcony is perfect! breakfast has a nice eggs&toast station and pool area is comfy with plenty of loungers. staff is super helpful and friendly made me feel welcome! great atmosphere, really enjoyed my 3-night stay at such a good price.

Family-friendly hotel with great service

The hotel staff really stood out, always friendly and helpful which made us feel at home! Our children really loved the kids club, they were always excited to go and have fun activities waiting for them.

It wasn't exactly cheap but it was still reasonable for what we got.

The Junior Suite was massive and newly refurbished. I loved the spacious balcony where I could chill in the evenings. Super clean, and the beds were really comfy! The bathroom was modern and had all the essentials. What stood out was the fresh pool view—it made my stay extra special.
